Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were large, with a lot of character, nicely decorated, and very clean, providing great value for the money. The service was top-notch, with attentive and courteous staff. The location was excellent, in the center of town, making it easy to explore all the attractions. The dining experience was pretty good, and the facilities were impressive.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although facing a quieter courtyard, were just okay, and the service was lacking in attentiveness. On the bright side, the location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city's vibrant area with plenty of dining options. However, the dining experience was not as advertised, and the facilities left something to be desired.
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with many amenities and very clean facilities. While the balcony rooms provide lovely views, they can be noisy due to the street nightlife. The beds are exceptionally comfortable.
My stay at the hotel was just what I needed. The rooms were unbelievably quiet and incredibly clean, with a lovely view of the garden and pool. They were serviceable by US standards, providing a comfortable experience with fresh towels, a secure environment, and efficient AC. The service was top-notch, particularly their help in addressing the Wi-Fi issue promptly. The location was central and convenient for exploring the town, though the nightlife noise could be a bit bothersome. The dining experience was quite enjoyable, especially with the delicious breakfast options. Overall, a great value for money.
I stayed at a hotel located on Calle Calzada directly across the valley. The location was perfect, with the street in front closed to traffic and full of bars and restaurants open late at night. The staff was extremely helpful and the accommodations comfortable. However, the rooms facing the main street could get a bit noisy at 1:30 am. Overall, a vibrant and lively area with excellent service.
